Our journey began in 2015 with a shared vision – a vision to not only transform businesses but also elevate the experiences of their customers. As we looked around, we noticed an opportunity within the Salesforce ecosystem for a boutique consulting partner with enterprise level experience to support companies and their customers. Often, businesses were striving to provide exceptional products, but there seemed to be a disconnect in how they were providing efficient and streamlined support for their customers.
It was this realization that led us to establish Flok. We embarked on a mission to bridge this gap, to become the conduit that unites businesses and their customers to generate sustainable relationships and foster loyalty.
